Training-of-Trainer Workshops

In order to disseminate financial education throughout the world, The Global Financial Education Program is implementing a series of workshops using a cascade approach to train staff in organizations that can, in turn, train others in their home countries. Over the past two years, the program has trained and provided technical assistance to 313 master trainers from nearly 200 organizations in 45 countries. During the eight day workshop, participants are trained in adult learning principles and practices, Global FEP training methodology and techniques, conducting market research, adapting the modules to the local context, and measuring the outcomes of the financial education training.
